Mission Ceramic is making high quality ceramic products.
Alumina tube is our main product. It's mainly made by 95% and 99.7% Al2O3. Density from 3.6g/cm3 to 3.9g/cm3 .
According to different usage and process methods, we have casting tube, extruding tube and ISO pressing tube.
We have the ability to machine outer diameter, inner diameter and length of alumina tubes. Tolerance can reach to +/-0.02mm after machining. Surface roughness can reach to Ra0.2um.
Mission alumina tube is widely used as thermocouple protection tube, furnace tube, ozone generation tube, insulating tube, lining of wear resistance pipe etc.

Warranty:

3.Standard sizes.
Casting Tube: Diameter from 5mm to 120mm, length from 20mm to 2000mm.
Extruding Tube: Diameter from 1mm to 12mm, length from 20mm to 2000mm.
ISO Pressing Tube: Diameter from 30mm to 400mm, Length from 50mm to 900mm.

Packaging:
1. Clean tubes by washing.
2. Warped with bubble plastic paper.
3. Put in wood box padded with foam board.
4. Sealed the box with screws which is easy to be opened.
5. Fragile warning stick.
