It's mainly made by 95% and 99.7% Al2O3. Density from 3.6g/cm3 to 3.9g/cm3 .
We Can Supply Very Big Size Rods With Tight Toletance.

Features of Mission Alumina Ceramic Rods
1. High temperature resistance: 99.7% Al2O3 rods can stand 1800C at most. 95% Al2O3 rods can stand 1500C at most.
2. Good abrasive resistance: 99.7% Al2O3 rods, 3.9g/cm3, 95% Al2O3 rods 3.6g/cm3.
3. Good insulating property.
4. Tight tolerance: we can grind and polish the outer surface and length. Size tolerance can be +/-0.02mm after machining.Surface roughness can reach to Ra0.2um.
5. Fast delivery, we have large quantity alumina ceramic rods and blanks in stock.

Processing Methods
1. Extruding: Diameter from 0.8mm to 12.7mm. Max length 1800mm.
2. Casting: Diameter from 5mm to 45mm, Max length 1800mm.
3. ISO Pressing: Diameter from 10mm to 80mm, Max Length 900mm

Packaging:
1. Clean tubes by washing.
2. Warped with bubble plastic paper.
3. Put in wood box padded with foam board.
4. Sealed the box with screws which is easy to be opened.
5. Fragile warning stick.
